Fast forward one whole year

Definitely enjoying what running gives me, that space, the quality outdoors time, and why notπŸ‘.

I've hit some of those goals, not all but hey there's always next year.

You could be starting out today could be your first run, excellent well done you!

What it means is that on Friday Hidden ran 5 km over a pretty hilly route (the elevation gain of 39m) in a shade over 27 minutes. The left panel was his very first run of W1R1 a year before.
