Hi all,
So I posted on here worried as week 4 looked so much harder and a big jump from week 3. But I listened to you all and put my headphones in and just got in with it.
To be honest I can’t believe that I didn’t find it really difficult. I actually found it not to bad, I’ve noticed a massive difference in my stamina and recovery speed. I seem to find the first run harder then once I start my second run I’m fully warmed up and get through the rest a lot easier. I can’t thank you all enough for your kind words and encouragement.
Week 5 here I come 💪💪
