So I'm doing great and tonight is start of week 5, I need some exercises to tone up my tummy and torso, hips and legs are being done by running but how do I work on it other than press ups, had a baby in January so I'm trying to get rid of baby fat that won't go away!

Why not pop over to the Strength and Flex forum, which is run by runners, and ask the same question. Oldfloss will surely find you some appropriate exercises.

Go to the communities tab and search Strength and Flex. It is set up just the same as C25k and you will find many fellow runners are members there too. It has lots of info and links to many exercises, including “Yoga with Adriene” - she publishes a monthly calendar with a free yoga session for each day of the month, it’s brilliant.

If you pop across to strength and Flex.. lots of exercises there for every bit of that running body!
