Has anyone noticed a difference in body Toning or shape since starting this.. I'm only on w2 but I am doing slimming world along side this and also a workout dvd. Tia

Yes, I don't know if I have lost weight but my sides have kind of pulled in and I feel more toned. I'm watching what I eat and also doing stretching and yoga
I was convinced for a couple of weeks that my ankles were getting skinnier but I think I was imagining it
My shape definitely changed (for the better). I started noticing around week six. My waist (ha!) became more defined and my legs and bum stopped doing the 'ripple dance'. The biggest thing I noticed was my back became sleeker. No more over and under bra bulges. Result😊
I have just finished week 5 and am overweight. I suddenly found a waist hidden in there a couple of weeks ago, and my husband told me my bum was less square this morning! Not sure what he means!
I heard there is a 4, 8, 12 rule. So after 4 weeks you might notice a small difference (but no one else would). After 8 weeks someone who knows you really well should notice, and after 12 weeks others should see a change. Think it applies to most diet or fitness regimes.
For me, although I don't think I have lost much weight I have seen a change in my shape and have certainly toned up (especially my bum.) And i can feel a difference in the way my clothes fit.
I developed leaner thighs, to the point that I was almost proud of them. I'm still two stone overweight, but my legs aren't too bad. My calves, however, are quite muscly - not particularly elegant
