Consolidation Run 4 and 5

So I wrote a post after Run 4 but it didn’t go through on the app. So here is a summary of consolidation run 4 and 5. I have decided to concentrate on just running for 30mins and then doing 4K for one run. Run 4 was 30mins and I went further and faster than before. Today was a plan for 4K - I used a guided 4K run on NRC - which was a female coach who I found much more bearable also she didn’t talk that much. I also didn’t listen to any music or podcasts and I really really enjoyed it. I was able to take in my surroundings it was beautiful in the park this evening. I really enjoyed my run.....I never thought I would see the day 🤩🤩🤩🤩

I really liked it....she talks just enough for you to know where you are, a bit about running different distances and times etc.... a few annoying questions but worth a try 👍
