On week 5 now, completely forgot that it's 3 different runs in this so I went to do the 2nd thinking it would be 3, 5 minute runs and saw 8 mins, panicked and went to previous week!!

So I have the 5 minute run tomorrow then start the week fresh on it again, breathing is easier and recovery is quicker although legs still hurt of course!!

You can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, well done, don't worry about run 3 of week 5, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃🏾

I always do 2 weeks of each week anyway to acclimatize anyway
