Well I ventured out on this cool, damp and very misty morning.
A slow and steady pace from start to finish, no niggley calves, no shortness of breath so wondering if is this the time to pick up the pace and push myself that little bit harder? π€·ββοΈ
Happy running ππΌββοΈ

Well done..ππππππͺ.one run behind you. I was tempted to try and go a bit faster today because the run started off very comfortable. Glad I saved my energy for the rest of the run...comfortable is a good place for me. Think it might be unwise until we complete ....nearly there π. As I told someone else....we're still in the infancy of our running...plenty of time to catch up with Hussein Bolt....I know many people say the same thing....but who'd have thought it eh...week 8 πππ??? πππ
Thank you Buddhagal and well done to you too ππ»ππ» Comfortable is a good place for me, but wasnβt sure it was too comfortable. I donβt like that sickly feeling you get after exercise so havenβt really pushed. I have totally surprised myself and think slow and steady is best for now. But watch out Hussain Bolt I may just catch up ππ
Yeah...totally with you....but I guess why spoil what we're achieving....would hate to push it and feel exhausted, gasping for breath with a bright red face...yep..been thereππ€£. I just keep reminding myself I'm actually doing this for pleasure as well as improving my health. Think it's a G& T celebration night....oh well...any excuseπππ
Im still gobsmacked that I am running for 25 minutes non-stop, but do go a bit faster for the last 5 minutes which makes you feel incredible at the end? well done on your progress π
