I’ve just completed wk6 r3. I didn’t find it too bad and more importantly to me I enjoyed it. I could never have contemplated feeling this way 6 weeks ago! I’m looking forward to my next run!

Congratulations to you Sigh123 on running and completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, I am sure you will be pleased to hear that, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs 🏃🏾.

Thanks AlMorr. The encouragement from folks on here got me out the door to start with and the hints and tips from yourself and others on this forum are invaluable. It’s a great community 🙂

Well done on your successful run, great feeling isn't it. And.. you're enjoying your running sessions ...even more of a bonus. 👏👏💪🙋

It’s the enjoyment factor that has surprised me most...being pleased with myself and my achievements and not worrying about other people for once is a big part of that!

I see too that you’re enjoying it more now that you aren’t worried about time, performance etc.

It just shows that a lot of this programme is psychological not just physical!

Yes, you're right....now that I'm focusing on me and my run...I feel completely different about the runs. It's good to appreciate how far we've come and what we can achieve, makes a huge difference 😁😁. 👍🙋
