Great run for you again Tbae, glad that you enjoyed run 2 of week 7, I have been out quite a lot recently, last Friday I ran my 50th Parkrun, 17 official and 33 (not) parkruns, on Sunday I went a 12K walk on part of an HM Trial route near to where I live and yesterday I went another 'longish' walk around Milngavie Waterworks, the same place that I ran run 3 of week7 of C25K two years ago.

Excellent that you are doing that again, I have just looked up the places that I ran the third run of all the weeks of C25K, runs 3 of weeks 1 and 2 were run locally, run 3 of week 3 was ran along the seafront at Wemyss Bay, R3W4, near Loch Lomond at Balloch, R3W5 around Linlithgow Loch, R3W6 at Kincardine on Forth, R3W7 at Milngavie Waterworks, R3W8 on the Forth Walkway at Stirling and you know where I ran my graduation run, yes, along the seafront at Helensburgh.

I had a look at the statistics for my graduation run at Helensburgh on the 18th June 2018 on my old Smartphone.

In that 30 minutes run I covered 4Km 243m at an average pace of 07:05/km, the slowest km was the second at 07.34, the quickest was the last 100 metres when I remember now quickening my pace which it says on the app was at 06.05Km pace, my quickest 5Kparkrun pace is 06:11/km which was at Drumpellier ran in a time of 30.55 in September 2019. 😊 🏃🏾

Brillant Alan.Don’t think I will

ever break 30 mins for 5k or less than 6 mins/ km pace.I have got a better chance of breaking 3min/km pace over a sprint distance.🙈😂😂

No way will I ever break 5K sub 30 minutes, I have been quite steady at 33/34 minutes for a 5K for a while now, after a 5K run I am not really now wanting to sprint like I did when I was doing C25K, slow and steady I am keeping to.
