Well finishing week 7 today was so much better than finishing wk6 last Friday.

All week I've even managed to speed up in the last 5 mins, I'm so happy with my progress πŸ˜ƒ.

Got soaked in the rain, but can't hang around waiting for a dry day otherwise I'd be waiting a long time β˜”β›ˆπŸŒ§

You could wait a long time for a dry day, glad you enjoyed that run better than run 3 of week 6, only 6 more runs until you graduate

Oh blimey I didn't think of that, the last 7 weeks seem to have gone so quickly!

I've just finished week 7 too. Tough running in the wind this morning but maintaining progress. Can't believe I have persevered thus far.

Well done! I also completed week 7 today, although I thought I'd be clever and set off quicker to start with, bloomin' regretted it, I can tell you! Made it back, but won't be so stupid again!

Well done to you too! It's a bit of trial and error really isn't it trying to find the right technique for you. Good luck with week8 πŸ˜ƒ

They're not mine, they were just very cute when my brother and his wife were staying at a nearby caravan park.
