and I found it harder than the 20 min non stop I did last week. Is it normal? today it was 2 runs of 10 minutes with a walk of 3 min in between. My heart reached 185BMP! Anyway I am determined to do this. Ready to do 25 minutes on Sunday!!!!

Well done on completing that run - the interval seems to throw us off. If you struggled you were probably going a little too fast (full of confidence after lasts week's 20 minutes) so try and slow it down for the next run and you'll be absolutely fine. 👍👍
I'm still a newbie too but I think over the next few runs you start to learn your natural pace and you'll also start to really build on your fitness and endurance. ✔😀
Good for you, yes week 6 is longer so harder than week 5 but you are at the end of the stop start rubs now, just gentle longer runs to the end
I finished this morning my 25 minutes (W6,Run 3) and it went much better! I decided to just go and not to think of how much left....focusing on my pace and I finished without struggling that much. Just about 9 minutes/km so quite happy! Thank you!!
