So this morning had that feeling umming & Ahhing, don't know if I spelt that right ,
Anyway decided to turn the Neg feeling into a positive move,as I live by PMA., and thought ok I will confront this feeling with getting out there, its a bit weird to explain but after 8months starting this Routine ,I think my body as been changed automatically and that urge gave me that little push I needed, and afterwards felt Amazing 👏.
I decided to just go for stamina and as the apps,kick in 1k, 2k, etc each time reminding you your stats,I thought whatever as I wasn't going for speed, just pace stamina building.
Finishing the month off on Saturday with a 60min session 🙌, at least now and again I like to do this, Aiming for 5k but if feel good will go for the 60mins.
