Week 6 complete!

If someone had seriously told me I'd be running 25 solid minutes before starting this I would have laughed at them. To be honest I'm still incredulous coming to the end of each run. Getting angsty to increase my pace rather than my time now but know it doesn't work like that, they both have to creep up together... 5k at any pace still seems quite far off but do-able at this point.

Main issue is the bottoms of my feet going quite painful and numb at the moment about 10-15 mins in, not extreme but very distracting. have done about 6 runs in my new asics stability shoes which otherwise have been a gamechanger. Will this settle down?

It is very important to have proper running shoes beyond week 6 of C25K, congratulations on completing that week, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, as soon as possible go to a specialist sports shop to get a gait analysis.

Great stuff. I complete week 6 run 3 as well, just his morning.

Like 5.3, it takes a while to sink in what you have achieved and how far you have come.
