Been desperate to get out for this, Mum had the children so I escaped π extended my circular route so will stay with this one for a bit (although now a few slight inclines which I do not cope well with - any tips)?
Managed 4.84km in the 30 mins though so happy with that πͺπ»X

Learn to run those slopes Tendance, try shortening your stride pattern and perhaps lean a little into them, Don't be afraid to walk the steeper ones save your legs for what's over the other side π down hill just hold the pace back
Thank you for the tips, I knew there had to be a technique! These are not steep at all but I donβt like feeling puffed and it messes up my normal - not sure what the proper term is, like I get into a bit of a pattern and each km seems to be within two seconds of each other without me trying, then a slight incline comes along and I struggle to get that nice normal back π€·πΌββοΈ
