And yet more rain and more mud. But it was a beautiful morning, even if very cold to start. I find the 5 minute fast walk isn't enough to get my very' efficient' metabolism m shifted. So I jog, skip, walk, until I can feel me heart reacting. A bit like starting a a water mill. π. But once I got going, I felt good. I Even found running through all the mud distracted me from the fact that I was running up hill.
