R2W6 in training....

It was a struggle and I find it hard to believe that I ran for 20 mins a few days ago - 2 x 10 seemed tough, but I had played 5-a-sidefootball on my 'rest' day and maybe that didn't help. At the end I had a bit of a "what's the point" moment. I don't really feel much fitter, my beer belly is still very much intact, and my running pace is really no faster than a power walk....but I'm signed up to do the Great Ethiopian Run in a few weeks. Due to COVID it's a number-limited run/bike relay and I have to run 2km. Not so far, but it's at 3,200m altitude and 'off-road'. This is where we ran yesterday evening - up and down the road between my house and the farm where I work
