After an almost 2 week break, due to gastric fluπ€π©, I have managed to do my first consolidation run π
I was a bit nervous as my graduation run had been really tough and I havenβt done anything for 2 weeks.
But I did it and it felt so good to be back out there running and I got through the full 30 minutes π
So happy πββοΈπ

Well done, the more you do them the more you will enjoy them and before you know it you'll be running faster and further, keep up the good work.
