I couldnβt decide what to do and panicked at the thought of freedom; so just went for week 9!
I loved this run soooo much! This has probably been my favouritest run in the whole programme! I just felt like I was happy and could breathe and could have kept going - what a great feeling! I wish they were all like this π¬
Anyways I decided to get to 5k before stopping - took a lil longer than my last attempt! But who cares! ππΌππΌππΌ

Consolidation runs are wonderful! The pressure is off...psychologically you know you can do it...they are there to be relished & enjoyed...the prize for getting through C25K π

I wouldn't be in too much of a hurry. Just enjoy your new abilities for a while and see where they take you (literally and metaphorically). If you do decide to give the app a go, I recommend the slow runs, or the 'just another run' to start with. I found they helped stop some bad habits from creeping in.
Great running... freedom can be a little scary, but you came up with a plan and executed it perfectly. Finishing that distance with some left in the tank just demonstrates how far youβve come. There will be many more such happy runs.
