I know I’ve come a long way as literally couldn’t run for the full 60 seconds when I started but did W7R2 this am & I found it so tough, is this normal?
R1 was fine, my 20 minute runs last week were fine but I really struggled this am & even had a few 20-30 second walking breaks which I haven’t needed in my last few runs.
Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

I had completed wk7 run 2 yesterday and felt the same. Found it real tough vs. Run 1. The warm walk felt long too. I agree with chubby Jawa. I think it could be psychological, we can overthink things and that in turn impacts the runs. Hope run 3 goes well for you!
