So, started this as my blood pressure was higher than I wanted, and with a history of heart issues (and early deaths) in my family, thought I’d do something about it.
Love reading about everyone’s progress.
Can’t belive I’m actually enjoying going for a run.
I’ve tried to pre-empt injuries by buying running trainers after W1. Could immediately feel the difference running in my Hoka’s. Would def recommend buying quality shoes.
Didn’t feel like it tonight (first run of W3), but with only 4 reps of running, it was completed quickly and I felt better after...
My comment/question, is it me or is W3 easier than W1&2?

Sorry about the early deaths in your family, I just hope by running gently you will have a long and healthy life.
Congratulations on completing weeks 1 and 2 of C25K, is week 3 easier?, it is the shortest workout of the program, its a week that graduates, including myself do after a short break from running, that's the week with 3 minutes of running and some short walks as well, take the running parts slowly, as you are beginning to enjoy running I hope you do find week 3 not too hard, easy, hmmm. 😊
Glad you’re enjoying it. W3, you’re getting stronger with every run and the programme is amazing and carefully builds stamina. Most people find that some runs are better than others. I’m off out shortly to do W9R3 and would never have thought it possible 😆 so good luck with the rest of yours 😊
