I started today later than my 9am run, I was wondering yesterday if I will manage the new 3min run, and I did.
A lot of new things for me today - new week program, new tights and new running shoes (I bought the discounted Salomon running shoes from Amazon days) so after I finished the running and have the last 5 min walk, my right hip bone start to annoy me. I wasn't feel extremely tired but I kind of limped all the way home.
What can it be?

Could be so many things or reasons, I have several different pairs of running shoes and some give me niggles here and there mainly calves and knees though
Take an extra rest day if you need and slow down on your next run
