I am very very surprised tbh
I think if u stick to the programme u can do it. I’m living proof. 🥳One of the best things I’ve ever done for both mental and physical fitness. 💃🏻I take it slow. Am not too bothered about distance and I haven’t got to 5k yet but am enjoying getting out and running for at least 20 mins and 30 mins once a week. Next cpl weeks will be hard but it is doable x
