The 2 x 8 minute runs weren’t too bad - I don’t know how I’m going to feel on Sunday with the pending 20 minute run 🏃‍♀️. Note to self not to wear the same leggings I wore tonight as I felt them sliding down and I kept having to pull them up lol 😝

I’m sure like everyone else you’ll have ‘the butterflies’ but then you’ll get the head down and do it 👌🙂

Someone else was posting re leggings earlier, I have a pair like that’ll , I must be a picture ‘hoisting ‘ them up mid run 😂🤦‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Don’t overthink W5R3 Alisonjb, it is a test of your stamina, but just take it at a nice steady pace and get your breathing into a good rhythm and you’ll be absolutely fine. Good Luck 👍

Don't worry about that 3rd run, this programme works and you will be ready, just go for it! :)
