Meeting my mate at his home brought forward to tomorrow, thanks Boris. My mate is a fabulous cook and we may have a few vinos and a sweet sherry for the ladies.

I see you made it out there despite the vino! The odd extra rest day will do no harm at all - after all you want to enjoy the run and not feel it was a nauseous, headbanging torture !!!
