I graduated last week and we’ve come away to Center Parcs this week - I’m repeating week 9 for a few weeks to see if I can up my pace and travelling a bit further - it seems to be working.
What are other graduates doing?

There’s a Consolidation Club thread, JEGS; in pinned posts, I think.
I’m generally mixing it up, some increased distance 6-6.5km, trying out the Japanese slow jogging technique. I will be trying a shorter run for pace next run, I think, 2.5km probs.
Just enjoying post graduation running for a bit though I’m thinking of trying Ju-Ju’s Magic Plan over on Bridge to 10k forum here; maybe next month. 🙂
The recommendation that you will find in the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... is that you continue to spend 70-80% of your running time at an easy conversational pace to continue building endurance and stamina and once you have consolidated at 30 minutes until it is comfortable, you can increase your duration employing the 10% rule, if you wish, and also use the remainder to push pace using intervals or fartlek.
Look at the Consolidation Club to see what others are doing and get some advice on creating your own route forward.
Download the Nike Run Club App, lots of coached runs on there of various times and distances, it’s great for consolidation runs, free too 👍
