Week 1 I did on a treadmill and week 2 outside running, and outside running was so refreshing.
However, I noticed in the gym on a treadmill I build up much more of a sweat verse outside running. This has made me doubt if I am working hard enough on the outside run ?
Any thoughts please let me know.
Thanks,
Avi.

It is completely normal and expected , for the same 'effort' and speed, to sweat more on a treadmill than outdoors.
Why?
Indoor, you are not moving through air, which when outdoors acts to help evaporate your sweat away, and helps to keep you cool. So on a treadmill that sweat stays on your skin and you also get warmer more quickly.
Thank you for your reply, a key learning from your post is to judge my pace by being able to speak clearly and I will bare this in mind on my next run tomorrow.
