First run no app

Away for the weekend but brought my running gear just in case. Graduated on Wednesday so thought I should try at least a run of some sort.

Spare half hour in the day, break in the weather so off I went. Put my music on, Strava telling me my distance and pace and did 3k in 23 mins - love it !

More consolidations next week 😀

The first run I did post graduation felt a bit like going for the first drive on my own after passing my driving test 😆 ridiculous really but it did! Well done on your first ‘solo’ run 👍🏻

Good analogy ! It did feel like that but so good ! Can’t believe how much it makes you just want to run... but so easy to just have your gear with you and go . 👍

Well done! I really enjoyed running tech-free for several runs post graduation and as it was at the height of lockdown; everywhere was so quiet that I really enjoyed just hearing nature and my own footsteps. Wishing you many more happy runs!
