Should I keep going?

Accidentally kicked the edge of my granite fireplace and have a very sore little toe with bruising across the Bridge of my foot. Have ran twice since doing it and although its still sore it’s definitely impacting the way I run as my opposite glute is aching now. Should I rest until my toe is better? I don’t want to lose momentum though but running with the aches is just making me cut my distance

Sorry about that little incident to your toe, give yourself a few days off running, hopefully you'll be able to run again and the little toe will be better.

Not seeing any improvement, perhaps you should go and seek professional medical advice.

I suggest you see an osteopath or physio - don’t run until you’ve had it looked at. Osteopaths can work wonders
