I run, complete 4K, done my 30 minutes on the grass (it is tougher on the old leg muscles) pass Tiny tears and she says I'll just finish this 5k 🤣😂😍

It is lovely! She lives not so far away from.me, so in a socially distanced fashion, we walked to the cricket club and set off doing laps in different directions, without talking about how long we would run for.

I waited for her big finish but was frozen in the bitter wind that came in when the sun went down 🥶

Home and showered, nice and cosy knowing I've done my 2nd run of the week.

Weather and muscle permitting (my buttocks are aching right now), I will look at a more relaxed 5K on Sunday.
