Well today was the day and I never thought it would come! I tricked my head into thinking I was going out for a 4K so kept the pace a little faster than usual and then continued to push on for an all time 5K PB. Not since 2016 have I hit the "35's" and it feels amazing. The hard work has paid off and the forum has given me focus. Dig deep everyone, and chase your goals.

A wonderful run for you today Gememms, congratulations on your 35.55PB perhaps with a little more running you could get a sub 35 minute 5K at 34.55, just take your runs at a comfortable pace and who knows you could knock off 60 seconds from that run today 🏃🏾 👍
