Sort of running related... during lock down I piled on a load of weight which isn’t a surprise as all I did was eat and sit at my computer working.
Since starting couch to 5k my goal has been to get fitter and to fit back into this shirt... today I’m proud to say I can finally wear it again
I may be having to repeat w6, and I’m doing this whole thing at snails pace but little wins like this make me proud of myself and makes me want to keep going 🥰🥰🥰

Nice that your shirt now fits, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, week 6, especially run 3 is a long 25 minute run, I am sure you will be able to run it very soon. 😊 🏃🏾
