Hey guys,

So after many attempts at this, I finally feel like I’ve got the motivation to do this.

I just finished Week 3 Run 1 today and although finding it “okay” I’m starting to get quite a strain in my calf muscles, especially now 3 hours after my run!

Any ideas on what to do to help?
