Well... I gave it a go, I started really strong and body felt like it could push on but, something in my head made me stop. I didn’t stop all together and after a minute or so walk I carried on till the end, but I still didn’t manage it.
In the same way I did with week 5, I think I’m going to start again with week 6, doing that before seem to make my confidence go up...
And yes that is sweat on my top. The tomato face is back too.

I think you should pat yourself on the back for not stopping straight away and giving it another go but I remember seeing your posts when you soared in confidence so it sounds like a good plan to me. Pick yourself up, dust yourself down and carry on. You'll do it 🙂
As you said Hattie, you gave it a go and didn’t give up. When you say you started really strong, what do you mean? Are you going off a bit too fast and running out of puff? It happens to a lot of us so don’t worry but maybe try and start off really slow and you can always then speed up later. Those gremlins are a nuisance but a lot of us cart them around at times so don’t feel you’re struggling alone! If you need to repeat runs that’s OK - every run is helping build up your fitness, so call them training runs and treat them as successfully completed! You’re doing really well - Good luck with week 6!
