I have tried to post this since Saturday but was having problems with the App. Long story short, plans for run scuppered on Friday so off I went Saturday morning. Went well, I got into a rhythm (slow) at about 10mins and started to relax and enjoy. I even managed to race myself to the park gate in the last minute. Felt amazing ๐๐๐๐๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐๐โโ๏ธ.
I just have one question (sorry if it sounds daft), what should arms be doing whilst running?

Arms should be loosely bent at 90 degrees at the elbow and pump forward and back in opposition to legs. Hands should not cross beyond the centreline of the body.
