Week 6 Run 3 Arms?

Week 6 Run 3

I have tried to post this since Saturday but was having problems with the App. Long story short, plans for run scuppered on Friday so off I went Saturday morning. Went well, I got into a rhythm (slow) at about 10mins and started to relax and enjoy. I even managed to race myself to the park gate in the last minute. Felt amazing ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ.

I just have one question (sorry if it sounds daft), what should arms be doing whilst running?

Well done.

Arms should be loosely bent at 90 degrees at the elbow and pump forward and back in opposition to legs. Hands should not cross beyond the centreline of the body.

There are lots of problems with the app and if you have any then report to the developers via your download site, otherwise they will not know.
