Just completed week 6. I’ve never run before and I’m over 60 so really pleased. I never thought I would say this but I actually enjoy running and wish I’d done it years ago.

I’ve wasted 40 odd years saying I can’t run / don’t want to run . This programme has changed all that . It’s never too late though 🤷🏼♀️😂
