I did it! I had a few problems earlier in the program and I was told that I was running too fast so I slowed my pace down. Lookng at my stats that next slower run was only marginally slower so the change I made was to start more slowly - and what a difference that made. So, I've carried on and completed the program. So, I now need to get my award (how??) (being lazy and looking fior answers) and then to work out what I'm going to do next for my run. I've been reading a blog by mrruns who did every training schedule twice. I might do that unless anyone has a better idea

Week 9 and.....
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Well done! Isn't it amazing, aren't we all amazing! Check out the pinned posts about running after c25k. I actually did 9 weeks of running three 30 min runs to consolidate. Then started mixing it up with the c25k+ podcasts Speed, Stamina & Stepping stones. Now I'm doing JuJu's magic plan, timed version, to reach 60 mins of non stop running then I might think about 10k...... Just enjoy your running and don't worry too much about pace and distance. π
Consolidate those 5ks but easily still remember to rest between runs take it from there, the world's your playground π
Love your username, Beachboy vintage, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K π ππΎ π
