Wow! Whoโd have ever thought Iโd get this far! Certainly not me ๐คทโโ๏ธ
After doing a bootcamp event with my gym on Sunday I had quite a bit is backache during my run last night. I got through it but the walk back to the car was uncomfortable๐ฉ
I am still slow, the time and distance on the picture includes the before and after walks. As weโd run further down the trail than in previous runs we had a longer walk back than the 5 mins Laura tells you to do.
On to week 9 tomorrow ๐๐

Don't worry about the stats as you completed it and that's the main thing. I bet that walk back was uncomfortable but hopefully the backache goes pretty quickly. Best of luck with the beginning of week 9. Ever so nearly there! ๐
I have said all along as long as I can run for 30 minutes by the end Iโll be happy. My next target will be to get to 5K. Using Strava I have found that I am looking at each run to see any progress but Iโm trying not to get hung up on the figures.
This has always been about conquering my self sabotaging and my negative thoughts. At the moment I am doing that ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐
