W6R2 done and dusted, students in for a surprise!

Ventured reluctantly out to the local town park, as mild evening indicated the local teenagers would be out in force. There was a good chance some of my students at the local college would be out and about, and what a lark to see their teacher puffing round in leggings and trainers! I was not wrong, but they were charmingly impressed I was exercising and showed very good manners instead. As to the run, it started hard, but got easier in the middle, the last 5 minutes took a lot of teeth gritting to get through. Onwards to Thursday (or maybe Friday) for R3.

I’m going to post tomorrow but we’ll done in completing under the stressful conditions in front of your students, my run was similar to yours, I had the feeling Laura was making me run for longer than 10mins.

25minutes on Thursday, I’m not looking forward to it, are you?
