W5 R3✔️ I’ve only gone and done it. 20 minutes of continuous running. I’m sure somewhere in the middle I was running so slow I resembled Peter Kay doing his “dad running” joke, but I don’t care. Honestly I’m so proud of myself....
Thanks so much for people who have shared their tips... can’t wait to have a go at w6

Congratulations. Every run is an achievement. Ps I also run very slow & I don't care. They most important thing is that we are out running rather than sat on tge sofa x
Well done HattieCooke - great photo! It really is such a buzz, completing this run. For many people I think it is the point where they actually realise they can do this - definately one of the biggest runs of the program!
Good luck with Week 6 - stay strong mentally. The return to run- walk catches a few folk out, but you got this! Believe! 💪😀
Ps. Those walk intervals were my friend in the earlier weeks but week 6 I hated them! Something happens to us W5R3... I think it’s when we finally realise ‘I’m really doing this!’
Well done HattieCooke, 20 mins running is an amazing achievement, that W5R3 is a real tester everyone dreads and you went out there and did it, great job 👍
