I did it!!!! After failing miserably on Friday because of terrible knee pain I’ve rested, riced, made an app with the physio and rested up over the weekend. I was scared as heck this morning so went super slow but I did it!! Knees have eased but the pain is still there hanging over me but taking it slowly and trying not to limp helped.. feeling so so grateful for all of your support and replies on Friday when I felt just dreadful and like this was going to be yet another fad I didn’t see through but it’s not, as someone said this programme will be here when I return... and I have! Thank you so much xxx

First of all I'm loving the earphones!
Hope the knees continue to improve. Well done for keeping at it
Good to see you this morning and that your knee is a little better. Just take it easy and keep up the rice till you see your physio. Fingers crossed it's nothing that a bit of rest won't cure 😊🏃🏽♀️
Well done on the run and on knowing to rest and take some time out! I hope the physio can help and get you back feeling 100% very soon.
Did you know the nhs has knee strengthening exercises for runners on it’s one you C25k page? Might be worth taking a look, my brother is doing them and I’m also doing some others as I reckon the poor knees have a lot to contend with!
Keep 🏃♀️!
Take it easy. Don't push your body until your knee is better, in case you compound the issue. Listen to your body. There is always next week. I felt really tired after my last run and left three days and lots of sleep before I did another. It worked and nothing ached.
