I completed C25k on Sunday, which was fab. Not sure what to do next though. I’m into having a plan and feel a bit lost. I have joined the Nike running club and was wondering whether to start their runs? And if I do, should I start on the first which is twenty minutes, or do a longer one. I’m all of a dither 😳😱🤣🤣
What now: I completed C25k on Sunday, which was... - Couch to 5K
What now
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
The choice is yours Gardenjoy. Nike Run Club has a nice selection. There are two 5k runs on there, maybe try those or there’s a 4K. You can gradually increase your distance or maybe aim to improve your time, it’s up to you really. I initially tried to improve my 5k time then having done that I moved on to increasing distance.
Sounds good. In the end I opted for the post C25k guide and it nearly killed me 🤪I had to try and keep pace with the music and for the first 5 mins, I wasn’t sure if I would make it. I kept thinking “never mind you can do 5 minutes.....until I got to the end and she said I needed to SPEED UP!!!!!😱 lm pretty slow, but did actually make it to the end.... and did my fastest time 🥳 (though not 5k) might try a nice slow one next time 🤣🤣
😂😂 Sounds fun....I’ve enjoyed the Nike Runs, Coach Bennett has a clever way of getting you through them. It’s not structured like C25k, you’ve got your own menu to choose from depending on what run you feel like doing. I pushed myself this morning and completed my first ever 13k, not sure if I’d want to repeat that as it was a real slog, but so pleased I did it .
