Can’t believe I’ve actually got to the end of couch 2 5k. I’ve never completed anything like this before- always found some excuse to give up. But I did it.!!
Now how do I keep motivated? What do I do next? Do I try and increase distance by running for longer - I’m nowhere near 5k. Or do I try and increase my speed and keep going for 30 mins- I think this will be harder as I do not run fast.
Any advice please as although I’m not a natural runner and I don’t think enjoy is the right word for it I do want to keep going.

I love that you said this: "I don’t think enjoy is the right word for it I do want to keep going" >> I doubt you are alone in that. So you want to pick from the options that which is less likely to decrease enjoyment. OK, I've probably just stated the obvious there, LOL but I think sometimes we get focused on what we "should" do, rather than personalise it. Think about what you want to achieve and what you really don't like and THEN read all the options in IannodaTruffe 's link. You'll know from your own mindset which is going to leave you happier: longer and longer (in terms of time) runs, or sticking to 30 minutes and letting the distance creep up.
From the way you've worded it, sounds like you're opposite of me and prefer the longer time option over the speedier 30 minutes one. So go with what suits best, because then you're more likely to stick at it! Also, that decision comes down to knowing what it is you wanted to achieve. Don't be afraid to forget the "5K" part of it - running 3 times a week for 30 minutes is perfectly good on its own, doesn't need to cover a prescribed distance.
