So. W1R1 done as per Sanjeev’s coaching instructions!! (Completed 3 times, resting tomorrow then W1R2). All good!! So glad I got going with this. Hope the regions restrictions don’t get more strict.

Hold on... have you done the W1R1 three times? Doesn't that mean you go on to week 2?

In that case, you've done W1R1, W1R2, and W1R3. Your next run should be W2R1.

Maybe you've got confused by the spoken instructions of "You should do this run three times over this week."

This means you should do a Week 1 type run three times, which you have.

(Don't look too far ahead, though. It might look impossible -- it's all doable, but only if you follow the sequence of runs.)

Each C25k week consists of three runs, then you move onto the next week, unless of course, you wish to repeat each week, which will do no harm, but will take you longer to reach 30 minutes.
