25 mins continuous jogging 🐌 which seemed like a pipe dream when I put my trainers on today, let alone 6wks ago.
The first and last 5 mins were the hardest ... finding a rhythm and then struggling to keep my eyes open with sweat stinging them.
This programme is fantastic, it does what it says ... turns a couch potato into a runner. I’m well short of 5km but that is a target for the future.
I can do this, there are 3 more weeks to go to add 5 mins on to the jogging time. That’s got to be doable. 👍🏻
