Hydration

I drink a good 2 litres during the day but I go for my run at 6.30 in the morning.

Will I be hydrated enough from the day before?

Any tips for early morning runs?

Ideally as a runner you should drink around 2.5 to 3 litres a day even on non run days .

This should keep you hydrated for an early run .

I also go for my run between 6 and 6:30am

I usually have about 250ml of water as soon as I get up and make a cup of tea which I drink just before going out of the door.

This works for me 🙂👍

I run at around the same time and always have half a glass of water before I set off.

I don't see any problem with that, we are always saying to runners to keep hydrated and drink plenty of water 💦, before you go a early morning run you can have a light breakfast and a little more water before the run if you wish to.
