I am so very proud of myself for getting there with week 7! This was a tough one!
I have gone back to school this week and after a day with 30 6 year olds the thought of going for a run has been very low on my list of things I want to do so I have taken a few extra rest days in between each run. But finally just got back from run 3.
I always feel great afterwards but sometimes struggle to motivate myself to actually run in the first place.
Anyway, really pleased I got there and I am looking forward to week 8!! 🥳👍🏻
Keep going everyone! We can do it! 💪🏻

Well done Yellowteacher!!! I can’t imagine having any energy left after 30 6yr olds - you are unstoppable!!!! Only 2 weeks to go till graduation 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Well done! You deserve to proud of yourself 😁 It's tough learning a new way of fitting in the runs when work and school come back into play. Good luck for W8
Ah, well done for keeping going. The energy drain of teaching has derailed my previous c25k attempts three times before so I have a lot of sympathy for how hard it can be! I finally made it to the end of the programme during lockdown and I’ve embedded the running habit enough now that I haven’t let teaching get in the way since returning to work last week! Good luck with the rest of the programme - you’re nearly there Maybe share with your class what you are doing and tell them you’ll show them your certificate when you graduate! That’ll keep you pushing on through and what a great example you’ll be setting them!
