Currently doing week 7 indoors due to self isolation. I've just done run 2 so that's my third 25 minute run on the spin. Distance has been quite consistent (2.35, 2.32 & 2.28miles). My pacing needs some work though because it's a bit erratic. Average bpm is usually between 140-150 however my latest was 160 with 88% in the peak zone but I did seem to have more in the tank towards the end so sped up for the last 3 minutes instead of 60 seconds. The increased heart rate could be down to the fact that I'm not working so missing my 4 mile walk home 4 times per week. I'm also trying different times and finding afternoon when I feel more comfortable as opposed to morning. Was hoping to be back outside running next week but may have to self isolate for a third week as we're awaiting results of my Wife's covid test. I'll crack on with the indoor runs at the moment but think I'll pick up at week 6 when I'm allowed back out.
