Legs like lead today and I have no clue why. I felt tired all day yesterday but thought I was just being daft. I’m hydrated so it’s not that. I think I need an extra rest day.
Still, on the up side, different route which helped a bit and 35 mins of running. Thinking about it, maybe that’s it. Maybe the extra 5 mins is too soon for me?
Whatever the answer is - I’m not giving up now.

Thanks, JoJo. The fact that I finished it Keeps me somewhat positive about the run because I DID complete it without stopping. I’ll chalk it up to experience and listen a big better to my body next time. Cheers 😊
