I have been noticing that I start off ok then after about 10 minutes I slow down and really feel it, then I seem to get better! By the end of my 30 minutes I felt good and was running faster. I love that, and I feel that I could run much longer.

Definitely not weird! I am always fastest at the end too, but generally get faster throughout - have you tried slowing down at the beginning? Then you might not be so puffed out by the time you get to the middle!
it's all progress, the main thing is you're sticking at it. You've probably really surprised yourself as you progressed through the plan. I just realised you’re on W9!! That seems a long way away! Great job!
