Just joined HealthUnlocked. Into week 6 of C25K wondering what exercise other members do between the C25K days. I have been walking but think I need to increase this to something more challenging on the off days. Would be grateful for any suggestions. Thank you

What exercise do you do on days between C25K days
I walk and hula hoop (weighted hula hoop). This had been my exercise regime everyday before I started the C25K program. Now I do this only on my running rest days.
Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
Any non impact exercise will be beneficial, especially leg and core strengthening.

I have been doing an hour or two a week of yoga. Didn’t really think this would help my running, but it certainly does in terms of stretches and flexibility, it also helps with core strength.
I sometimes eat cake 😂😂😂
